摘要
[目的/意义]以新时期我国情报学建设现实需要为情境,回应我国情报学国际化和本土化发展问题,对学科发展具有现实参考意义。[方法/过程]结合我国情报学发展的关键节点,梳理情报学发展的历史逻辑和现实困境,反思学科国际化和本土化取向的关系。[结果/结论]立足我国情报学国际化与本土化发展的机遇与挑战,情报学核心使命仍然是“大情报观”视野下的情报保障;在积极回应中国情报事业现实需求的前提下,进一步拓展国际化视野,作为关照中国情境下情报问题的重要途径;我国情报学应加强话语统一性和对外话语影响力,学科独特性和不可取代性应当进一步强化。
[Purpose/significance]It is of practical implications for the development of information science in China to respond to the problems of internationalization and localization of this discipline in context of the actual needs of disciplinary construction.[Method/process]Combined with the milestones of the development of information science in China,this paper summarizes the historical logic and realistic dilemma of the development of information science,and reflects on the relationship between the internationalization and localization of the discipline.[Result/conclusion]Based on the opportunities and challenges of the internationalization and localization development of information science in China,the core mission of information science is still the information guarantee under the vision of“macroscopic information”.On the premise of actively responding to the practical needs,it should further expand its international vision as an important way to pay attention to the information problems in the Chinese issues.Information science in China should strengthen the unity of discourse and influence in international context,and the discipline uniqueness and irreplaceability should be further strengthened.
