摘要
中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的方法主要有中医内治法、中医外治法和综合治疗等。其中,中医内治法包括分型论治、分期论治、经方验方;中医外治法主要包括中药灌肠治疗和针刺治疗。目前,中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎仍存在以下不足:医家对溃疡性结肠炎的中医辨证分型标准不统一,治疗方法有别,临床研究样本单一、数量少,缺乏高质量多中心大样本研究。今后,需进一步发挥中医优势,确定统一规范的分型及中医治疗方法,设计更为严谨、规范的临床研究及实验研究。
TCM treatments of ulcerative colitis mainly include internal treatments,external treatments and comprehensive treat-ments.Among them,the internal treatments of TCM include treatment by typing,treatment by stages,classical formula and empirical formula,while TCM external treatments mainly include enema and acupuncture.At present,there are still some disadvantages in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with TCM:the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of ulcerative colitis is not unified;the treatment methods are different;the clinical research samples are single,the number is small,and there is lack of the high-quality multi center large sample research.In the future,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of TCM,determine the unified and standardized typing and treatment methods of TCM,and design more rigorous and standardized clinical research and experimental research.
