摘要
目的:探讨单轴锁定钢板和多轴锁定钢板治疗SandersⅣ型复杂跟骨关节内骨折的效果。方法:将某院2017年2月~2020年6月期间54例SandersⅣ型复杂跟骨关节内骨折患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组26例和观察组28例,对照组给予单轴锁定钢板治疗,观察组给予多轴锁定钢板治疗,观察两组足部功能、手术情况、复位情况以及并发症。结果:术后5个月,观察组优良率(96.43%)显著高于对照组(76.92%)(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后5个月观察组Bohler角、Gissane角、根骨宽度水平均显著低于对照组,根骨高度水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(7.14%)与对照组(15.37%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多轴锁定钢板可显著提升SandersⅣ型复杂跟骨关节内骨折患者足部功能,改善复位情况,在手术情况和安全性方面与单轴锁定钢板效果类似。
Objective:To investigate the effect of uniaxial locking plate and multiaxial locking plate in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅳ complex intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods: 54 patients with Sanders type Ⅳ complex intra-articular calcaneal fractures in a hospital from February 2017 to June 2020 were divided into the control group(26 cases) and the observation group(28 cases) according to the computer grouping method. Foot function, operation, reduction and complications of the two groups were observed.Results: 5 months after operation, the excellent and good rate of the observation group(96.43%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss, operation time, fracture healing time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). 5 months after operation, Bohler angle, Gissane angle, and root bone width level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and root bone height level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group(7.14%) and the control group(15.37%),with no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: Multiaxial locking plate can significantly improve the foot function of Sanders type Ⅳ complex intra-articular calcaneal fracture patients, improve the reduction, and the effect is similar to that of uniaxial locking plate in operation and safety.
