摘要
茶叶适制性是指在不同茶树品种、不同采茶季节、不同加工方式等条件下制作某一特定茶类的特性和程度,它在茶叶种植、生产加工中具有重要意义。该文综述近年来茶叶适制性领域内的主要研究成果,重点介绍茶叶适制性的评价方法以及品种、季节、加工适制性的研究进展,并展望未来茶叶适制性的发展方向,以期为茶产业的发展提供科学参考。
Tea suitability refers to the characteristics and degree of making a certain type of tea under the con-ditions of different varieties of tea trees,different tea picking seasons and different processing methods.It is of great significance in tea planting,production and processing.In this paper,the research results in the field of tea adaptability in recent years were summarized,the evaluation methods of tea adaptability and the research progress of tea varieties,seasons and processing adaptability were emphatically introduced,and the development direction of tea adaptability in the future was prospected,so as to provide scientific reference for the develop-ment of tea industry.
