摘要
特色发展是民办高校发展过程中内在和外在的要求:广东高等教育进入普及化时代的内在要求、高等教育内涵发展的客观要求;民办高校特色发展虽存在不足之处,但特色发展是必然选择:要创新办学运行机制,改革内部管理机制;凝聚共识,谋定而动,打造重点专业群;产教融合,校企合作,产学结合,学做一体;加快骨干教师队伍的培育。
Characteristic development is the internal and external requirements of the development of private colleges and universities:the internal requirements of the educational object of Guangdong higher education in the era of popularization,and the objective requirements of the development of the connotation of higher education;although the characteristic development of private universities has many shortcomings,its development is the inevitable choice.The major methods to develop characteristics are as follow:innovate the operating mechanism of running a school,reform the internal management mechanism;build consensus and move by decision to create key major groups;integrate industry and education,build school-enterprise cooperation,link production and education,and combine learning and working;speed up the cultivation of key teachers.
