摘要
为研究混合稀土金属氯化物熔盐的电导率,以20世纪末某稀土厂生产混合稀土金属的真实生产工艺数据为基础,利用MATLAB软件编制的稀土电解槽电场数值模拟计算模型推算了电解质的电导率。计算结果表明,在正常电解生产温度下RECl_(3)(55%)-KCl电解质的电导率为152.05 S/m。就不同电解质体系对电解槽槽电压的影响进行了对比分析,为稀土氯化物电解工艺的进一步开发研究提供参考和帮助。
Based on the practical data of a rare earth metal plant in the late 20 th century, the numerical simulation model for electric field of rare-earth electrolytic cell prepared by the MATLAB software is used to calculate the conductivity of the electrolyte. The results show that the conductivity of the RECl_(3)-55%KCl(mass fraction) electrolyte at normal temperature is 152.05 S/m. The influence of different electrolyte system on cell voltage is also compared and analyzed, which provides reference and help for the further development and research of rare earth chloride electrolysis process.
