摘要
目的探讨手术室医院感染风险因素。方法将2016年1月—2019年12月阳江市人民医院住院系统数据库中手术室手术患者2416例作为研究对象,根据是否发生医院感染分为感染组116例、非感染组2300例。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析手术室医院感染风险因素。结果经过单因素筛选和多因素Logistic回归分析,年龄≥60岁、手术时间≥3 h、意识障碍、置管、基础疾病数量≥3种、长期卧床、NRS2002评分≥3分和免疫缺陷是手术室医院感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄≥60岁、手术时间≥3 h、意识障碍、置管、基础疾病数量≥3种、NRS2002评分≥3分和免疫缺陷是手术室医院感染的独立危险因素,应根据这些危险因素制定手术室预防医院感染护理干预措施,降低手术室医院感染发生概率,为提高疾病治疗效果提供保障。
Objective To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in operating room.Methods To select 2,416 patients with surgery in the operating room in the inpatient system database of Yangjiang People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 as the study objects.According to whether nosocomial infection occurred,they were divided into 116 cases in an infected group and 2,300 in a non-infected group.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in the operating room.Results After univariate screening and multivariate Logistic regression analysis,we found that the age≥60 years old,operation time≥3 hours,disturbance of consciousness,catheterization,the number of underlying diseases≥3,long-term bed rest,NRS2002 score≥3,points and immunodeficiency were the risk factors for nosocomial infection in the operating room(P<0.05).Conclusion Age≥60 years old,operation time≥3 hours,disturbance of consciousness,catheterization,the number of underlying diseases≥3,NRS2002 score≥3 points,and immunodeficiency were all the independent risk factors for nosocomial infection in the operating room.According to these risk factors,nursing intervention measures to prevent nosocomial infection in the operating room should be formulated to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in the operating room and provide a guarantee for improving the effect of disease treatment.
