摘要
锅炉作为火力发电厂中电能生产的主要设备,其安全运行的可靠性是影响机组运行可靠性的重要因素。锅炉在运行过程中发生泄漏、爆管事故普遍存在,对锅炉的安全运行造成较大的威胁,及时了解炉管泄漏、爆管原因并制定相应的预防措施就显得尤为必要。文章主要对某电厂锅炉低再弯头泄漏点原因进行综合分析,并提出相关的防范措施,为提高锅炉运行可靠性提供依据。
Boiler is the main equipment of electric energy production in thermal power plant,the reliability of its safe operation is an important factor affecting the operation reliability of the unit.Leakage and tube burst accidents are common in the operation of boilers,which pose a great threat to the safe operation of boilers.It is particularly necessary to know how the tube leakage and tube burst are caused in time and to develop corresponding preventive measures.Based on the comprehensive analysis and judgment of the elbow leakage point of a low temperature reheater in a power plant,this paper briefly discusses the reasons of the elbow leakage point of low temperature reheater in boiler and the related preventive measures,so as to provide a basis for improving the reliability of boiler operation.
