摘要
长输管道一般采用地下敷设的安装方式,管线长期处于地下高腐蚀环境下,导致管线腐蚀加剧。受油气长输管线输送介质特殊的物理化学性质决定,长输管线一旦发生泄漏会引发火灾、爆炸、中毒、环境污染等严重后果,根据不完全数据统计,长输管线泄漏事故多数原因是由管线腐蚀导致的。课题研究由此出发,深入分析探讨天然气长输管线中阴极保护防腐技术的应用现状以及相关故障的解决措施。
The long-distance pipeline is generally installed underground,and the pipeline is in the underground high corrosion environment for a long time,which leads to the aggravation of pipeline corrosion.Due to the special physical and chemical properties of oil and gas transmission medium,leakage of long-distance pipeline will cause serious consequences such as fire,explosion,poisoning and environmental pollution.According to incomplete data statistics,most leakage accidents of long-distance pipeline are caused by pipeline corrosion.Based on this,the application status of cathodic protection technology in long-distance natural gas pipeline is analyzed and discussed,as well as the relevant fault solving measures.
