摘要
市政公用工程施工监理对于保障项目施工质量具有不可替代的作用。本文基于工程建设监理及精益化管理基本理论,在充分理清影响监理精益化发展因素的基础上,以加强市政公用工程施工监理成效为目的,探讨了精益化监理方法在市政公用工程中的应用。
The construction supervision of municipal public engineering plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the quality of the projects.Based on the basic theories of engineering construction supervision and lean management,and on the basis of fully clarifying the factors that affect the lean development of supervision,this article aims to strengthen the effectiveness of municipal public engineering construction supervision,and discusses the application of lean supervision methods in municipal public engineering.
