摘要 [目的]探讨生物有机肥对宁夏中宁县宁杞7号生长发育的影响。[方法]以宁杞7号枸杞为试验材料,研究有机肥不同配比对枸杞生长发育及各项生长指标的影响。[结果]施用化肥(常规施肥)+生物有机肥(2 kg/株)有利于枸杞株高生长,株高达到172.43 cm;同时对枸杞树冠幅的增长效果最明显,显著增加了叶片的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度,显著提高了叶绿素含量,增强了枸杞叶片的光合作用,根腐病减少。[结论]生物有机肥的施用能提升土壤地力,对枸杞的生长发育及产量有明显的促进作用,也可以有效增强枸杞叶片光合作用。 [Objective] The aim was to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth of Lycium barbarum L. in Zhongning District of Ningxia. [Material] Ningqi No.7 L. barbarum was used as experimental material. [Method] The effects of different proportion of bio-organic fertilizers on the growth and development,growth index of L. barbarum were studied. [Result] The results showed that the application of fertilizing formula(conventional fertilization+ 2 kg/tree bio-organic fertilizer) was conducive to the plant height of L. barbarum,which could reach 172.43 cm. The effect of this fertilizing formula on the growth of L. barbarum crown was the most obvious. The transpiration rate,the stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of leaves increased significantly. The chlorophyll content and photosynthesis of L. barbarum leaves were also increased. [Conclusion] The application of organic fertilizer could improve soil fertility,and promote the growth and yield of L. barbarum. It could effectively enhance the photosynthesis of L. barbarum leaves.
