摘要
目的分析玻璃酸钠注射液联合氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选择医院2017年2月~2020年2月收诊的KOA患者60例。根据治疗方案不同将患者分成常规组(n=28)和联合组(n=32)。对照组患者接受玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,联合组患者接受玻璃酸钠注射液联合氨基葡萄糖治疗。比较两组患者疼痛、临床疗效、炎性因子水平和不良反应。结果随着治疗时间的延长,两组患者疼痛(VAS)评分逐渐下降,其中联合组患者治疗1周(5.69±0.28)、3周(3.87±0.39)、5周疼痛(3.04±0.17)VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者总有效率93.75%高于对照组71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的MMP-1、hs-CRP水平较治疗前下降,且联合组患者MMP-1(0.64±0.01)ng/L、hs-CRP(4.04±0.61)mg/L水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者不良反应率21.86%高于对照组17.86%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠注射液联合氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效和安全性较好,既能显著改善疼痛,又能抑制炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with glucosamine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Sixty patients with KOA in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Control group(n=28)received sodium hyaluraonate injection,while combined group(n=32)received sodium hyaluraonate injection combined with glucosamine.Then the pain degree,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and adverse reaction rate were compared between groups.Results There was a decreasing trend in the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in both groups after treatment;VAS score of combined group at post-treatment 1 week(5.69±0.28),3 weeks(3.87±0.39),and 5 weeks(3.04±0.17)were all lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of combined group was significantly higher than those of control group(93.75%vs.71.43%,P<0.05).After treatment,levels of MMP-1 and hs-CRP were decreased in both groups,and the post-treatment MMP-1 and hs-CRP levels were significantly lower in combined group[(0.64±0.01)ng/L,(4.04±0.61)mg/L]than in control group,with statistic difference(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of combined group was slightly higher than that of control group,with no statistic difference(21.86%vs.17.86%,P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluraonte injection combined with glucosamine is an effective and safe way in the treatment of KOA,which can effectively alleviate the pain degree and inhibit the inflammation reactions.
