摘要
针对测绘工程专业新工科建设中存在的“重知识、轻能力”“重理论、轻实践”“重科研、轻教学”等问题,以培养测绘工程专业创新型人才为出发点,结合新工科建设和专业认证实践,提出了专业建设与改革思路,通过重构创新人才培养体系、强化实践教学平台建设、筑牢“以本为本”防线等改革措施,提高专业建设水平、教师教学科研能力以及学生实践创新能力。构建的“基础型、发展型、创新型”人才培养模式以及专业建设与改革思路,对我国同类型高校测绘工程专业新工科建设具有借鉴价值。
In view of the problems existing in the new engineering construction,such as“emphasizing knowledge and ignoring ability”“emphasizing theory and ignoring practice”“emphasizing scientific research and ignoring teaching”,taking the cultivation of innovative talents of Surveying and Mapping Engineering specialty as the starting point,combined with the new engineering construction and professional certification practice,this paper puts forward the concept of specialty construction and reform,and improves the specialty construction level,teachers’teaching and scientific research ability and students’practical innovation ability by reconstructing the innovative talent training system,strengthening the construction of practical teaching platform and strengthening the defense line of“basis-based”.The“basic,development and innovative type”talent training mode and the concept of specialty construction and reform are of reference value to the new engineering construction of surveying and mapping engineering in the similar universities.
