摘要
本文对国际权威期刊《第二语言写作》近十年实证研究论文进行统计分析,勾勒出国际二语写作主要的实证研究方法,从概念界定、使用步骤、长短处等方面集中论述个案、文本分析、语料库、实验、问卷访谈等主要研究方法,并援引国内外写作研究经典文献进行示例分析。本文认为,不同研究方法均有其特定的哲学基础和操作方法,研究者需根据研究问题,选择恰当而多样的方法,从不同角度接近二语写作发展的复杂过程。
Based on statistics from the most prominent journal in L2 research Journal of Second Language Writing,this paper first gives an overview of the most used research methods in this field.It then elaborates on the concepts,procedure and limitations of each method,illustrating with sample studies from domestic and overseas literature.The paper concludes that each method has its own strengths and limitations,with its unique philosophic basis and application strategies.L2 writing researchers should adopt appropriate methods according to their research questions so as to reveal the dynamic and complex nature of L2 writing through multiple approaches.
