摘要
收集整理相关研究报道显示,2020年对普洱茶的研究主要集中在功效、香气成分、渥堆发酵、仓储陈化、安全性及柑普茶等方面,其中普洱茶功效研究与加工工艺是该年度报道的研究重点。本文综述了其最新研究动态,旨在让更多人了解普洱茶的最新研究动态并为进一步研究应用提供参考。
Data collected from relative studies on Pu`er tea in domestic or abroad in 2020 showed that people focus more on the efficacy,aroma components,pile fermentation,storage aging,safety and Ganpu tea,the functional efficacy and processing technology are in particularly.This paper presents the latest research progress of Pu`er tea and will thus provide some information for further research on Pu-erh tea.
