摘要 针对非对称大跨径钢结构在吊装安装施工中存在的技术难题,制定起吊安装施工方案,通过有限元法分析吊装工程中结构的受力状态及稳定性,确保结构的安全、稳定;通过分析比较确定合理的吊点位置,保障结构在起吊过程中的结构强度,以论证施工方案的合理性.结果表明:该吊装方案保证了起吊施工的安全平稳,解决了起吊过程中结构稳定及安装困难问题.可为其他非对称钢桁架吊装安装方案的制定提供参考. Aiming at the technical problems existing in the hoisting and installation construction of asymmetric long-span steel structure,the construction scheme of hoisting and installation is formulated,and the stress state and stability of the structure in the hoisting engineering are analyzed with the finite element method,so as to en-sure the safety and stability of the structure.Through analysis and comparison,the reasonable lifting point posi-tion is determined to ensure the structural strength of the structure in the lifting process,so as to demonstrate the rationality of the construction scheme.The result shows that it ensures the safety and stability of the lifting con-struction,solves the problems of structural stability and installation difficulties in the lifting process,and this provides reference for the formulation of other asymmetric steel truss lifting and installation scheme.
