京雄城际铁路已铺轨段隧道回填影响分析及沉降控制措施 被引量:6

Backfill Influence Analysis and Settlement Control Measures of Tunnel in Completed Track Laying Section of Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway

摘要 针对明挖隧道回填引起的沉降问题,对京雄城际铁路隧道回填工程进行调研,采用原状土+XPS轻质材料组合方式进行结构回填,并利用有限元软件对已铺设轨道段隧道回填过程进行模拟计算。结果表明:隧道回填过程引起的结构位移主要来源于隧顶回填产生的沉降;隧底土基本处于弹性状态,隧道沉降与土的回填量呈线性关系;XPS材料具有足够的刚度,回填后不影响地面承载能力;采用原状土+XPS轻质材料组合方式回填满足无砟轨道的变形控制标准,确保了京雄城际铁路按时通车。 Aiming at the settlement problem caused by open cut tunnel backfill,the backfill engineering of open cut tunnel of Beijing-Xiong’an intercity railway was investigated.The combination of undisturbed soil+XPS(extruded polystyrene)light material was used for structural backfill,and the finite element calculation software was used to simulate the backfill process of tunnel in completed track laying section.The results show that the structural displacement caused by tunnel backfill mainly comes from the settlement of tunnel top backfill.The soil at the bottom of tunnel is basically in elastic state,and there is a linear relationship between the tunnel settlement and the amount of soil backfill.XPS material has enough stiffness,and the bearing capacity of ground will not be affected after backfilling.The combination of undisturbed soil+XPS light material can meet the deformation control standard of ballastless track and ensure the opening of Beijing-Xiong’an intercity railway on time.
