摘要
车辆制动时,制动器主要部件摩擦副(制动鼓与摩擦片)之间摩擦产生会产生热量,通过对其主要影响因素分析,针对鼓式制动器摩擦副建立有限元模型,深入分析路面坡度对鼓式制动器摩擦副温度场的影响,为冶金工程安全运输提供实用性指导。
During vehicle braking,the friction between the main parts of the brake(brake drum and friction disc)will produce heat.By analyzing the main influencing factors,a finite element model is established for the friction pair of drum brake.The influence of pavement slope on the temperature field of drum brake friction pair is analyzed.To provide practical guidance for metallurgical engineering safety transportation.
