摘要
空调换热器液压胀接是利用液压力均匀的作用于铜管内壁,铜管与翅片发生弹塑性变形而使两者贴合。在换热器液压胀接工艺中,装置的密封很重要。采用硬密封的密封方式设计了一种能用于空调换热器液压胀接的装置,解决了密封件因磨损而频繁更换密封件的问题,提高了换热管与翅片液压胀接的效率。研究结果表明:当轴向力为2.5 kN时,装置密封性好,能使铜管发生胀破,胀破压力为16 MPa且试件不会发生弯曲。该装置结构灵活、操作简单,满足液压胀接的要求。
liquid pressure is applied to expand the inner wall of the copper tube uniformly in the hydraulic expansion of the air-conditioner’s heat exchanger.Copper tube and fin happen elastoplastic deformation to make them attached.In hydraulic expansion,The sealing of the device is very important.In order to solve frequent replacement of the seals due to wear and improved the efficiency of hydraulic expansion of heat exchange tubes and fins,hydraulic expansion device of air-conditioner’s heat exchanger is designed based on hard-seal.The research shows that the device seal well when the axial force that the specimen will not bend is 2.5 kN.What’s more,the pressure 16 MPa will make the The copper tube bursts under this axial force.the device has a flexible structure and simple operation.Hence,the device can meet the based expansion of air-conditioner’s heat exchanger.
