摘要
传统吸脂手术通常由医师手持吸脂针操作,在长时间的手术下既费时费力,同时存在安全隐患。针对传统设备的不足提出了一种新型电控带传动式吸脂器。首先,用同步轮、同步带、滑块、弹簧软管等组成传动机构,利用电机驱动实现吸脂针在同步带传送下的往复可控运动。其次,通过对该自动吸脂器的结构设计和样机试验,验证了其可行性、稳定性及实际应用价值。最后通过选材及结构轻量化研究,大大减轻了吸脂器固定架的质量,相比于优化前质量改善了17.27%。该设计解决了传统吸脂装置操作性差、工作效率低等问题,结构简单紧凑,取代传统的人工手持作业的方式,大大减轻了手术的疲劳程度。
Traditional liposuction surgery is usually performed by a doctor holding a liposuction needle,which is time-consuming and laborious under a long-term operation,and it also has potential safety risks.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional equipment,a new type of electronically controlled belt drive liposuction device is proposed.First of all,a transmission mechanism is composed of a synchronous wheel,a synchronous belt,a slider,a spring hose,etc.,and a motor is used to drive the liposuction needle to realize the reciprocating and controllable movement of the liposuction needle under the transmission of the synchronous belt.Secondly,through the structural design and prototype test of the automatic liposuction device,its feasibility,stability and practical application value are verified.Finally,through material selection and structural lightweight research,the quality of the liposuction holder is greatly reduced,and the quality is improved by 17.27%compared with the quality before optimization.This design solves the problems of poor operability and low work efficiency of the traditional liposuction device,with a simple and compact structure,replacing the traditional manual hand-held operation,and greatly reducing the fatigue of the operation.
