摘要
隧道整体贯通前分段铺设无砟轨道的施工技术难度大,在某一特长隧道工程实践中,为解决隧道提前铺轨缺乏高程贯通误差预计方法问题展开研究。提出基于水准混合环闭合差预计高程贯通误差的方法,利用水准测量实际精度,以竣工段、掘进段为界,提出基于隧道施工进度的多种高程贯通误差预计方法。并将高程贯通误差预计值作为掘进段水准高差闭合差,以贯通后铺轨精度符合性作为高程贯通误差预计方法合理性的评价依据。在对各种高程贯通误差预计方法进行比较分析后,得出施工进度水准混合环预计法计算的高程贯通误差比较合理的结论。经隧道贯通后的实测贯通误差验证,该方法预计的高程贯通误差准确,计算方法可靠。
It is very difficult to lay ballastless track before the tunnel is cut through entirely.The existing literature of tunnel does not involve the prediction method of elevation breakthrough error on track laying in advance,and the engineering practice of an extra-long tunnel is taken as an example for research.In the study,the method of calculating the closure error of mixed loop of leveling is proposed to predict the tunnel elevation breakthrough error.A dividing line is formed between the completed section and the excavated section in tunnel,and a variety of prediction methods of tunnel elevation breakthrough error are proposed based on the progress of tunnel construction.The predicted value of the tunnel elevation breakthrough error is taken as the closure error of the level difference in the section being excavated.Furthermore,the conformity of the track laying accuracy after tunnel breakthrough is taken as the evaluation basis for the rationality of the tunnel elevation breakthrough error prediction method.The comparison and analysis of various elevation breakthrough error prediction methods show that the elevation breakthrough error calculated by the level mixed loop prediction method based on the construction progress is more reasonable.The verification of the actual breakthrough error measurement after tunnel breakthrough proves that the elevation breakthrough error predicted by this method is accurate and the calculation method is reliable.
