摘要
部委省共建医科大学的学科发展状况呈现“整体有序、局部无序”的阶段性特征,主要存在医学传统学科的质量优势不突出,中医药学科的发展规划不充分,医学学科和非医学科的建设水平不协调等问题。而推动学科秩序优化与调整路径应在于:强化政府与大学的协同共治能力,提升医学主干学科整体实力;弥补中医药学科发展“短板”,构建医学学科协同发展格局;改善学科场域环境,建立交叉融合的“大医学”生态系统。
The development status of disciplines of medical universities co-constructed by province,ministries and commission presents a periodical characteristic of"overall orderly but partially disordered".There are main problems such as lack of outstanding quality advantages of medical traditional disciplines,inadequate development planning of traditional Chinese medicine disciplines,and inconsistent construction between medical and non-medical disciplines.The paths to promote the optimization and adjustment of discipline order should be strengthening the ability of government and universities to cooperate in governance,enhancing the overall strength of the major medical disciplines,making up the"short hoard"of the development of traditional Chinese mediine,constructing the pattern of collaborative development of medical disciplines,improving the field environment of the discipline and establishing a cross-integrated“big medical”ecosystem.
