摘要
目的:了解重庆市居民家庭医生签约服务现状并分析签约影响因素,以提高重庆市居民签约率,完善家庭医生签约服务。方法:对重庆市400名社区居民进行问卷调查,采用SPSS21.0软件分析数据。结果:年龄、婚姻状况、是否基层首诊、家庭医生签约了解程度是重庆市居民签约的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:重庆市应针对签约服务的了解程度、需求性和签约激励措施促进居民签约服务工作,提高签约覆盖率。
Objective to study the status of family doctors'contracted service for residents in Chongqing and its influencing factors,and perfect the family doctors'contracted service.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 400 community resi-dents in Chongqing.Data was analyzed with SPSS21.0 software.Results Factors of age,marital status,first consultation and level of understanding can influence the residents'contract in family doctor service(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to implement family doctors'contracted service for residents in Chongqing based on the understanding,demand and incentives,which can improve its coverage.
