摘要
目的:探讨分析不同分娩方式对产后盆底功能的影响及康复治疗的效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年1月期间于陇西县巩昌社区卫生服务中心分娩的100例产妇为此次研究对象,根据分娩方式的不同将其分为两组,分别为甲组和乙组,每组各50例,甲组为剖宫产分娩,乙组为阴道自然分娩,观察两组盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率,均采取产后盆底功能康复治疗,对比康复前后盆底肌肌力,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:两组尿失禁、大便失禁、子宫脱垂发生率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),乙组阴道前后壁脱垂发生率高于甲组(P<0.05),康复前甲组盆底肌肌力优于乙组(P<0.05),康复后两组盆底肌肌力对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产对产妇产后盆底功能的影响相对阴道分娩较小,但无论是阴道分娩还是剖宫产,产后早期行康复治疗,均可使盆底功能得到最大程度改善。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of different delivery methods on postpartum pelvic floor function and the effect of rehabilitation treatment.Methods:100 parturients who gave birth in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different delivery methods,they were divided into 2 groups,namely group A and group B,each with 50 cases.Group A was delivered by cesarean section and group B was delivered by vagina.The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases in the two groups was observed.Postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation therapy was adopted,the pelvic floor muscle strength before and after rehabilitation were compared,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of UI,FI and uterine prolapse between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of vaginal prolapse in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).BBefore rehabilitation,the pelvic floor muscle strength of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups after rehabilitation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cesarean section has a smaller effect on postpartum pelvic floor function of parturients than vaginal delivery.However,whether it is vaginal delivery or cesarean section,early postpartum rehabilitation can improve pelvic floor function to the greatest extent.
