元情绪在中学生心理健康教育中的重要性探讨

摘要 在新形势下,社会对人才的需求发生转变,不仅关注于人才的专业知识和专业能力,更关注人才的心理素质以及适应能力,这对我国的教育教学提出了更高的标准与要求。元情绪主要指中学生在进行情绪体验的过程中,持续不断地对自身的情绪进行认知、评价、管理以及调控,从而不断提升自身的道德修养,提高自身的心理健康水平的情绪。因此,各学校应开展中学生心理健康教育工作,促进学生的身心健康发展。基于此,本文主要列举在新形势下,元情绪在中学生心理健康教育中的重要作用,从而提高学校中学生的情绪控制能力,提高学校对中学生心理健康教育的关注度。 Under the new situation,the society's demand for talents changes,not only on the professional knowledge and ability,but also on the psychological quality and adaptability of talents,which puts forward higher standards and requirements for education and teaching in China.Meta-mood mainly refers to the emotion that middle school students continuously recognize,evaluate,manage and regulate their emotions in the process of emotional experience,so as to constantly improve their moral cultivation and improve their mental health level.Therefore,each school should carry out the mental health education of middle school students to promote the physical and mental healthy development of students.Based on this,this article mainly lists the important role of Meta-mood in the mental health education under the new situation,so as to improve the emotional control ability of middle school students and improve the attention to the mental health education.
