高校资助育人工作成效评价体系与实证研究——以吉首大学为例 被引量:3

The Evaluation System and Empirical Research on the Work Effectof Supporting Education in Universities——Taking Jishou University as an Example

摘要 为建立科学长效的高校资助育人工作成效评价机制,运用CIPP模型构建指标体系,通过熵权-AHP组合法及线性加权综合法,分别计算资助育人工作成效评价指标权重和成效指数,并以吉首大学土木工程与建筑学院为例展开实证分析。结果表明:该院2015—2019年资助育人工作成效总体水平逐年提升,经历了较低—中等—较高—高的过程,但成效提升速度由快减缓;各项指标成效指数大都呈上升态势,但个别年份稍有下降,成效指数曲线呈U型;且结果评价、育人效果、资助育人国家政策出台数等分别是各级指标中影响资助育人工作成效的主要因素。根据评价结果提出相应对策,以期进一步提升该院资助育人工作成效。 In order to establish a scientific and long-term effectiveness evaluation mechanism for university educational support,CIPP model was used to construct the index system,entropy weight-AHP group method and linear weighted synthesis method were used to calculate the weight and effectiveness index of educational support work,and an empirical analysis was carried out with the school of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Jishou University as an example.The results showed that the overall level of the school's educational work was improved year by year from 2015 to 2019,which experienced a process of low-medium-high-high,but the rate of improvement was slowed down.The performance index of all indexes showed an upward trend in most cases,but some years showed a slight decline,and the performance index curve was U-shaped.The result evaluation,educational effect and the number of national policies for educational support are the main factors affecting the achievement of educational support at all levels.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to further improve the effectiveness of the school's educational work.
