摘要
目的探讨无创呼吸机配合优质护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月来我院进行治疗的50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症衰竭患者作为对照组,两组患者均接受无创呼吸机治疗,观察组配合优质护理干预,对照组配合常规护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗后的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的Pa O_(2)、p H、Pa CO_(2)、Sa O_(2)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床通过无创呼吸机配合优质护理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者能有效的帮助患者改善临床症状,促使患者病症良好恢复。
Objective To explore the effective nursing intervention of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and severe respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as observation group.In addition,50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as a control group.Both groups of patients received non-invasive ventilator treatment.The observation group cooperated with high-quality nursing intervention,and the control group cooperated with conventional nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The FEV1%and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PaO_(2),pH,PaCO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,non-invasive ventilator combined with high-quality nursing intervention to treat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and severe respiratory failure can effectively help patients improve their clinical symptoms and promote their recovery.
