摘要 文章系统研究了废旧沥青混合料中沥青胶结料的回收与再生方法,认为混入的矿粉、残留的三氯乙烯及不同回收方法会对回收沥青的性质造成影响,并通过针入度、软化点、延度、布氏黏度等试验,验证了不同矿粉与三氯乙烯残留量与不同回收方法对回收沥青性质的影响程度,以此为基础通过抽提回收试验得到了回收沥青,进而研究了再生剂掺量对于回收老化沥青的25℃针入度、软化点、10℃延度、135℃布氏黏度、76℃车辙因子等指标的影响,推荐了再生剂的合理掺量。试验结果表明:即使残留1%矿粉、0.5%三氯乙烯也会导致试验结果的偏差;阿布森法与旋转蒸发器法均会导致回收沥青胶结料的老化,且前者回收得到的沥青胶结料老化更明显;再生剂掺量达到5%时,再生沥青的25℃针入度与黏度可以恢复到原基质沥青的水平,但再生沥青的高温性能有所降低,工程实践中应严格控制再生剂的剂量。 This paper systematically studies the recycling and regeneration methods of asphalt binder in waste asphalt mixtures.It is believed that the mixed mineral powder,residual trichloroethylene and different recycling methods will affect the properties of recycled asphalt,.And through the penetration,softening point,ductility,Brookfield viscosity and other tests to verify the degree of influence of different mineral powder and trichloroethylene residues and different recycling methods on the properties of recycled asphalt.Based on this,the recycled asphalt was obtained through extraction and recovery experiments.Furthermore,the influence of the regenerating agent content on the 25℃ penetration,softening point,10℃ductility,135℃ Brookfield viscosity,76℃ rutting factor and other indicators of the recycled aged asphalt was studied,and a reasonable amount of the regenerating agent was recommended.The test results show that even 1%mineral powder and 0.5%trichloroethylene will lead to deviations in the test results;both the Absen method and the rotary evaporator method will cause the aging of the recycled asphalt binder,and the asphalt binder recovered by the former has more obvious aging and the asphalt cement recovered by the Absen method will be cemented.Material aging is more obvious;when the regenerant content reaches 5%,the 25℃ penetration and viscosity of the recycled asphalt can be restored to the level of the original base asphalt,but the high temperature performance of the recycled asphalt is reduced.The dosage of regenerant should be strictly controlled in engineering practice.
