新时代乡村学校的社会责任与使命 被引量:3

摘要 无论是从历史发展还是现实诉求来看,乡村学校的责任与使命都不仅仅局限于教育功能和学校场域。自产生之日起,它就承载着文化传承与创新、生活世界塑造与培植、人才培养与教化等相互联系、密不可分的多重功能。近代以来,乡村学校功能逐渐窄化,作用范围退缩到学校"围墙"之内。虽然随着分工的加剧,各行各业专门化已是必然,学校的影响与作用范畴和功能指向更趋于学生素养的培养,其他功能必将弱化而交由更具专业性的机构承担;但是乡村产业和分工明显弱于城市,人才资源尤其是知识分子群体较为稀缺的现实,以及当前国家大力振兴乡村以实现整个国家复兴的核心任务等,均决定了曾经在乡村发展中发挥了重要作用的乡村学校应重拾其广泛的任务,超越学校"围墙",依托乡村建设,重塑文化动力源、生活世界创生源和乡村人才能量源的价值与使命。 No matter from the perspective of historical development or realistic demands,the responsibility and mission of rural schools are not limited to educational functions and school fields.Since it came into being,it has carried interconnected and inseparable multiple functions,such as cultural heritage and innovation,shaping and cultivating the life world,talent training and education.Since modern times,the functions of rural schools have been gradually narrowed,and their scope has gradually retreated into the school"fence".Although with the aggravation of division of labor,specialization of all walks of life is inevitable.The influence,function scope and function direction of the school tend to be the cultivation of students’literacy.Other functions will be weakened and transferred to more professional institutions.However,the reality that rural industry and division of labor are obviously weaker than that of cities,and that human resources,especially intellectual groups,are scarce,as well as the current core task of vigorously revitalizing the countryside to realize the rejuvenation of the whole country,all determine that the rural schools that once played an important role in rural development should regain their extensive tasks and responsibilities,surpass the school"fence",rely on rural construction,and reshape the value and mission of cultural power source,life world creation source and rural talent power source.
