摘要
目的:观察枸橘汤加味联合西药对慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者炎症细胞因子及尿动力学指标的影响。方法:选取我院泌尿外科2018年1月~2020年1月接受治疗的134例CP患者,采用简单随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=69)与对照组(n=65),其中对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在以上基础给予枸橘汤加味治疗,两组均治疗4周。评估两组临床疗效,并记录两组治疗前后临床症状指数评分、血清炎症因子、尿动力学指标、性功能变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(89.86%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.079,P<0.05);治疗后两组临床症状指数评分及性功能评分均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组最大尿流率(MFR)及平均尿流率(AFR)高于对照组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)及剩余尿量(RVU)等低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=4.348,P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上联合枸橘汤加味治疗可有效缓解CP患者的临床症状,在改善炎症细胞因子水平及尿动力学基础上还能促进其性功能恢复,临床效果显著,且不良反应率低,具有临床应用前景。
Objective: To observe the influence of Modified Gouju Decoction combined with western medicine on inflammatory factors and urodynamic indexes for patients with chronic prostatitis(CP). Methods: From January 2018 to January 2020, 134 patients with CP treated in the department of urology of the hospital were selected and divided into a treatment group(n=69) and a controlled group(n=65) by simple random number table method. The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Gouju Decoction based on the treatment of the controlled group. Both groups received 4 weeks of treatment, and clinical effects were evaluated. The changes in clinical symptom index scores, serum inflammatory factors, urodynamic indexes and sexual function before and after treatment, and adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group(89.86%) was higher than that of the controlled group(76.92%)(χ2=4.079, P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom index and sexual function scores of the two groups were improved(P < 0.05), and the improvement was greater in the treatment group than in the controlled group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum flow rate(MFR) and average flow rate(AFR) of the treatment group were higher than those of the controlled group(P < 0.05) while tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-10(IL-10), interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and residual urine volume(RVU) were lower than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(χ2=4.348, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Modified Gouju Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with CP, and promote the recovery of sexual function while improving the levels of inflammatory factors and urodynamics, with significant clinical effects and a low incidence of adverse reactions.
