摘要
目的调查陕西省多家省属医院内镜消毒效果现状并进行影响因素分析。方法采用消毒学、医院感染管理学和现场流行病学等方法,对内镜消毒效果、所用消毒剂杀菌性能、终末漂洗水和内镜使用频次等进行调查。结果经过连续7年监督及医院自纠,从酶洗液到消毒剂的调整,省属医院的内镜消毒合格率从2013年的55.56%提高至2019年的94.67%。同等试验条件下,正在使用中消毒剂的载体定量杀菌试验表明,戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛杀菌最优且两者性能相近,含氯消毒剂次之,酸性氧化电位水杀菌性能最差。结论陕西省内镜消毒效果达到全国平均水平,内镜消毒合格率与所选用的消毒剂相关,终末漂洗水存在一定安全隐患。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of endoscopic disinfection in provincial hospitals in Shaanxi province.Methods The method of disinfection,hospital infection management and field epidemiology were used to detect the disinfection effect of endoscopy.Results After 7 years of continuous supervision and hospital self-correction by adjusting enzyme lotion to disinfectant,the qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection in provincial hospitals increased from 55.56%in 2013 to 94.67%in 2019.Under the same test conditions,the carrier quantitative germicidal test of the disinfectant in use showed that glutaraldehyde and phthalaldehyde were the best germicidal agents with similar performance,followed by chlorine-containing disinfectant,and the acid oxidation potential water had the worst germicidal performance.Conclusion The efficacy of endoscopy disinfection reached the national average level,and the qualified rate of endoscopy was correlated with the disinfectant selected.There are some safety risks in use of endoscopy terminal rinse water.
