摘要
当前和今后一个时期是我国各类矛盾和风险易发期,牢牢守住安全发展这条底线,是构建新发展格局的重要前提和保障。党的十九届五中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》,对统筹发展和安全、建设更高水平的平安中国作出了战略部署,就加强国家安全体系和能力建设、确保国家经济安全、保障人民生命安全、维护社会稳定和安全提出了一系列重大举措。
At present and in the future,all kinds of contradictions and risks are prone to occur in China.To firmly hold the bottom line of safe development is an important prerequisite and guarantee for building a new development pattern.The proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 14th five-year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term goals for the year 2035,which was deliberated and approved at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC,made strategic arrangements for overall development and security,and the building of a higher level of safe China.A series of major measures have been put forward to strengthen the national security system and capability in an effort to ensure the safety of the national economy and people’s lives as well as the stability and security of the society.
