摘要
针对离散制造车间物料配送、废料回收效率低且成本高等问题,建立了能够描述车间资源流动状态的Petri模型。以车间物流总成本为优化目标,在分析车间资源流动的基础上结合物料配送的时间窗,提出了具有Petri网特性的软时间窗车辆路径规划方法。利用整数线性规划方法,在MATLAB软件中对实例进行求解,验证了Petri网应用于离散制造车间路径规划的可行性和有效性。该问题的研究能够降低车间物料配送和废料回收的运输成本,提高车辆使用率。
Dealing with the problems of low efficiency,high cost of material distribution and waste recovery in discrete manufacturing workshop,a Petri net model which can describe the flow state of workshop resources was developed.Taking the total cost of workshop logistics as the optimization objective,basing on the analysis of workshop resource flow and combining with the time window of material distribution,a soft time window vehicle routing planning method with the characteristics of Petri net was proposed.Simulation studies were implemented by MATLAB software for a discrete manufacturing workshop,which show the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed methodology.This research reduces the transportation cost of material distribution and waste recovery in workshop and improves vehicle utilization.
