摘要
目的:探讨五神针联合头皮针治疗脾肾虚弱型小儿脑瘫的疗效及对脑血流动力学影响。方法:选取我院收治的脾肾虚弱型脑瘫患儿110例,采用随机分配原则分为两组,各55例。对照组给予头皮针疗法,主穴:百会穴;配穴:足运感区、运动区、语言区、平衡区和感觉区。治疗组在对照组基础上给予五神针,取穴为百会穴和四神聪穴,两组患儿均接受4周治疗。对比治疗后的临床疗效、DQ评分、GMFM评分及脑血流动力学指标水平。结果:经过治疗后,对照组显效27例,有效19例,无效9例,总有效率为83.64%(46/55),治疗组显效32例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率为94.55%(52/55),治疗组总有效率显著较高(P<0.05);两组治疗前DQ各条目评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿DQ各条目评分明显升高(P<0.05),并且治疗组升高较多(P<0.05),两组治疗前GMFM评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患儿治疗后GMFM评分明显升高(P<0.05),并且治疗组升高较多(P<0.05);两组治疗前Vm、Vs、RI和PI值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患儿治疗后Vm和Vs值明显升高,RI和PI值明显降低(P<0.05),并且治疗组改善较多(P<0.05)。结论:采用五神针联合头皮针治疗脾肾虚弱型小儿脑瘫具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善患儿脑血流动力学,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of five magic acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral palsy of Spleen-Kidney deficiency in children and its influence to cerebral hemodynamics.Methods:110 children with cerebral palsy of Spleen-Kidney deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with scalp needling Baihui(DU20),foot movement sensation area,motor area,language area,balance area and sensory area;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with five magic acupuncture of needling DU20 and Sishencong(EX-HN1).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,DQ scores,GMFM scores and cerebral hemodynamics indexes were compared between the two group after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,there were 27 excellent cases,19 effective cases and 9 ineffective cases in the control group;there were 32 excellent cases,20 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases in the treatment group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.55%(52/55),which was significantly higher than 83.64%(46/55)of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in DQ scores between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);DQ scores were significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the increases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in GMFM scores between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);GMFM scores were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the values of Vm,Vs,RI and PI between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);the values of Vm and Vs were significantly increased,whereas the values of RI and PI were significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five magic acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture has a good clinical effect on cerebral palsy of Spleen-Kidney deficiency in children,which can improve the cerebral hemodynamics in children and is worthy of clinical application.
