摘要
目的探讨2%葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液在血液肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)维护中的应用效果。方法选取医院血液科2018年5月至2019年12月行PICC置管的肿瘤化学治疗患者122例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各61例。对照组患者PICC换药时用0.5%碘伏消毒,试验组患者用2%葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者的皮肤表面菌落数显著更少,消毒液待干时间显著更短,敷料固定效果显著更优,接触性皮炎发生率和导管相关性血流感染发生率均显著更低(P <0.05)。结论 2%葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液用于血液肿瘤患者PICC维护效果较好,可减少皮肤表面的菌落数,缩短消毒液的待干时间,降低敷贴卷边、接触性皮炎、导管相关性感染的发生率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant in the maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheter( PICC) in patients with hematological tumor. Methods A total of 122 patients with hematological tumor underwent PICC and chemotherapy in the Department of Hematology in our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,61 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were disinfected with 0. 5% iodophor,while the patients in the experimental group were disinfected with 2% chlorhexidine gluconate when PICC was changed. Results Compared with those in the control group,the number of colonies on the skin surface of patients was significantly less,the drying time of disinfectant was significantly shorter,the fixation effect of dressing was significantly better,the incidence of contact dermatitis and catheter-related bloodstream infection was significantly lower in the experimental group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion 2% chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant is effective in the maintenance of PICC in patients with hematological tumor,which can reduce the number of colonies on the skin surface,shorten the drying time of disinfectant,and reduce the incidence of edge application,contact dermatitis and catheter-related infection.
