配位负载法制备CoS_(2)/AOCF复合材料及其电催化析氢性能 被引量:3

Synthesis of CoS_(2)/AOCF composites by coordination loading method and its electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performace

摘要 以硫酸钴、硫代硫酸钠、硫和偕胺肟化聚丙烯腈纤维(AOCF)为原料,采用配位负载法制备了CoS_(2)/AOCF复合材料,采用SEM、XRD、TEM、XPS和BET对CoS_(2)/AOCF进行物相分析和形貌表征,并对CoS_(2)/AOCF复合材料的电催化析氢性能进行了测试。结果表明,AOCF链上—OH、—NH_(2)与Co(Ⅱ)的配位作用极大地提高了活性组分CoS_(2)的比表面积,改变了活性组分的晶体结构,增大了有效活性位点的数量。CoS_(2)/AOCF在10 mA/cm^(2)的电流密度下过电势为92m V,Tafel斜率仅为43mV/dec,具有良好的析氢稳定性,展现了优异的电化学性能。 CoS_(2)/amidoximated polyacrylonitrile fiber(AOCF) composites were prepared by coordination loading method with cobalt sulfate, sodium thiosulfate, sulphur and AOCF as raw materials. The phase analysis and morphological characterization of CoS_(2)/AOCF composites were carried out by SEM, XRD, TEM, XPS and BET. The electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance of CoS_(2)/AOCF composites was tested. The results showed that the coordination of —OH and —NH_(2) groups on AOCF with Co(Ⅱ) greatly improved the specific surface area of the active component CoS_(2) and changed the crystal structure of the active component, which thus increased the number of active sites. The overpotential of CoS_(2)/AOCF composites was 92 m V at a current density of 10 m A/cm^(2), and the Tafel slope was only 43 m V/dec. CoS_(2)/AOCF composites had good hydrogen evolution stability and exhibited excellent electrochemical performance.
