摘要
目的分析坦索罗辛与左氧氟沙星对慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选取江苏省如皋市人民医院2017年4月—2020年5月收治的慢性前列腺炎患者86例,根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组给予坦索罗辛与左氧氟沙星联合治疗,分析两组治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗3周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组前列腺液中白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-2(MIP-2)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)、白细胞、卵磷脂小体比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3周后,两组前列腺液中卵磷脂小体较治疗前上升,IL-2、IL-6、MIP-2、MIP-1α及白细胞较治疗前下降,且观察组前列腺液中卵磷脂小体高于对照组,IL-2、IL-6、MIP-2、MIP-1α及白细胞低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量及NIH-CPSI总分较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坦索罗辛与左氧氟沙星联合治疗慢性前列腺炎可减轻炎症,改善症状,提高疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tansoloxin and Levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods From April 2017 to May 2020,86 patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levofloxacin,the observation group was treated with Tansororosin and Levofloxacin.The clinical effect of two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results After three weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in interleukin(IL)-2,IL-6,macrophage inflammatory protein-2(MIP-2),macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1),leukocyte and lecithin corpuscles between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After three weeks of treatment the lecithin bodies in prostate fluid in the two groups increased,IL-2,IL-6,MIP-2,MIP-1αand white blood cells decreased compared with those before treatment,and the lecithin bodies in prostate fluid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the inflammatory factors and white blood cells were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in national institutes of health chronic prostatitis index(NIH-CPSI)score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pain,voiding symptoms,quality of life and total score of NIH-CPSI in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tansoloxin combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis can reduce inflammation,improve symptoms and improve the curative effect.
