基于冲击脉冲和EMD包络谱的电动消防泵轴承监测诊断研究

摘要 电动消防泵是船舶的重要装备,一旦发生故障,直接影响船舶的作战性能。针对某电动消防泵振动噪声大的问题,文章提出了基于冲击脉冲和EMD包络谱的轴承故障诊断方法。该方法首先通过振动烈度和轴承冲击脉冲监测,判断轴承状态,随后将电动消防泵轴承振动信号分解为多阶固有模态函数(IMF)之和,并对前几阶IMF进行包络谱分析,结合轴承故障特征频率进行故障诊断。实船测试结果表明,该方法能有效监测电动消防泵及轴承振动状态,并能快速、准确地诊断出轴承故障原因。 Electric fire pump is an important equipment of ships.Once it fails,it will directly affect the combat performance of the ship.Aiming at the problem of high vibration and noise of an electric fire pump,the article proposes a bearing fault diagnosis method based on shock pulse and EMD envelope spectrum.This method firstly judges the bearing status through vibration intensity and bearing shock pulse monitoring,and then decomposes the electric fire pump bearing vibration signal into the sum of multi-order Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMF),and performs envelope spectrum analysis on the previous orders of IMF.Perform fault diagnosis based on the characteristic frequency of bearing faults.The actual ship test results show that the method can effectively monitor the vibration state of the electric fire pump and the bearing,and can quickly and accurately diagnose the cause of the bearing failure.
