双全回转舵桨拖船大幅度摆舵故障分析与排除

摘要 文章从某拖船的摆舵现象出发,分析了该船舵桨系统的控制原理。由于控制系统采用西门子S7-200系列PLC进行搭建,因此判断摆舵现象是由于系统受到了干扰信号的影响。根据干扰信号的来源,认为主要有3方面的原因,针对这3个原因,提出了4项解决措施,成功地解决了摆舵现象。 This article analyzes the control principle of the rudder and propeller system of a tugboat based on the rudder swing phenomenon.Since the control system is built using Siemens S7-200 series PLC,it is judged that the rudder swing phenomenon is due to the system being affected by interference signals.According to the source of the interference signal,it is believed that there are three main reasons.For these three reasons,four solutions are proposed and the rudder swing phenomenon is successfully solved.
