摘要
目的分析壮医神龙灸对亚健康人群短程心率变异的影响。方法选择2019年7月—2020年7月健康管理中心体检的80例亚健康人群,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用健康教育指导干预,研究组采用壮医神龙灸干预,对比2组干预前后的心率(HR)、平衡度、疲劳程度、心理压力、LF、HF、植物神经功能等短程心率变异性指标水平。结果干预前,2组HR、平衡度、疲劳程度、心理压力、LF、HF、植物神经功能对比均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组HR、疲劳程度、心理压力均显著低于对照组,研究组平衡度、LF、HF、植物神经功能均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对亚健康人群采用壮医神龙灸干预,不仅能缓解其心理压力和疲劳感等不适症状,且还能调节其神经系统活性,从而能提高其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of Zhuang medicine Shenlong moxibustion on short-range heart rate variability of sub-health population.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,80 cases of sub-health population in the health management center of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by health education guidance,and the study group was intervened by Zhuang medicine Shenlong moxibustion.The heart rate(HR),balance,fatigue degree and psychology of the two groups before and after the intervention,pressure,autonomic nerve activity,autonomic nerve function and other indicators of short-range heart rate variability were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in HR,balance,fatigue degree,psychological pressure,autonomic nerve activity and autonomic nerve function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HR,fatigue degree and psychological pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the balance degree,autonomic nerve activity and autonomic nerve function of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of Zhuang medicine Shenlong moxibustion on sub-healthy population can not only relieve the uncomfortable symptoms such as psychological stress and fatigue,but also regulate its autonomic nerve activity.And it can improve the quality of the life of the prognosis.
