摘要
目前对于装配式混凝土结构新旧混凝土结合面质量的非破损检测手段较少,传统检测手段无法满足实际检测需要。本文针对叠合构件的检测方法,设计了2个预埋人工缺陷叠合梁试件进行检测试验。试验结果表明,相控阵超声成像技术在一定条件下可运用于叠合梁构件缺陷的检测,当被检试件钢筋排布较为稀疏(箍筋为■10@200,架立钢筋为2■20),缺陷位置较浅(缺陷距叠合层表面小于120mm)时,该方法较容易检出缺陷;但被检试件钢筋排布较密集(箍筋为■10@100,架立钢筋为2■20),缺陷位置较深(缺陷距叠合层表面大于120mm)时,该方法较难检出缺陷。当被检试件钢筋排布较为稀疏,缺陷位置较浅,缺陷间距大于30mm时,叠合层中同一竖直及水平面的不同间距布置的多个缺陷能够分别被识别。
At present,there are few non-breakage detection methods for the quality of the new and old concrete joints of assembled concrete structures,and the traditional detection methods can not meet the actual detection needs.In this paper,two specimens of overlapping beam with embedded artificial defects are designed to test the overlapping member.The analysis results show that phased array ultrasonic imaging technology can be used to detect the defects of composite beam members under certain conditions.This method is easy to detect defects when the steel bar arrangement of the tested samples is sparse(The diameter of stirrup is 10,the spacing is 200,and the erection steel bar is 2 pieces of steel bar with diameter of 20 mm)and the defect location is shallow(the distance between the defect and the surface of the laminated layer is less than 120mm);however,the steel bar arrangement of the tested samples is dense(the diameter of stirrup is 10,the spacing is 100,and the erection steel bar is 2 pieces of steel bar with diameter of 20 mm)and the defect location is deep(the distance between the defect and the surface of the laminated layer is more than 120mm),so this method is difficult to detect defects.When the steel bar arrangement of the tested specimens is sparse,the location of defects is shallow and the distance between defects is more than 30mm,several defects in the same vertical and horizontal plane with different spacing can be identified.
