摘要
为解决老年人轮椅使用中用户体验差、使用率不高、身体恢复治疗效果欠佳等问题,将质量功能展开理论(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)和发明问题解决理论(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ)的集成模型引入产品设计迭代中。采用集成模型获取用户需求,将用户需求转化为功能描述,形成功能列表,并进行设计优先级排序,为老年人轮椅设计提供依据。在此基础上,利用不同的原理和结构分别解决了轮椅设计中模块化与尺寸大小的矛盾、内部结构和多用性间的矛盾、功能配置和学习成本的矛盾,完成了老年人轮椅的创新设计,为相关产品的设计研发提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of poor experience,low utilization rate,and poor treatment effect encountered during using process of elderly wheelchairs,the integrated model of QFD(Quality Function Deployment)theory and TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)were applied to product iterations design.The integrated model was used to obtain user requirements,transform user requirement into function description,form a function list,rank according design priority and provide references for elderly wheelchair design practice.The contradictions between modular design and product dimension,internal structure and multi-function,functional configuration and learning cost were solved using different principles and structures.The innovative wheelchair provided references for the design and development of relative products.
