摘要
目的通过对重庆市女大学生进行宫颈癌及HPV疫苗的认知情况、疫苗接种意愿调查分析,为重庆开展HPV疫苗接种3年后进一步应用及推广提供科学依据。方法 2019-07采用问卷调查的方式对重庆4所大学的女大学生进行了调查,共调查566名重庆市女大学生。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析,采用χ2检验非条件Logistic回归对HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素进行分析。结果此次调查的566名重庆市女大学生中,有95.1%(538/566)听说过宫颈癌,有61.3%(347/566)听说过人乳头瘤病毒,有75.4%(427/566)听说过宫颈癌疫苗。在听说过宫颈癌疫苗的427位女大学生中,愿意接种的学生有198名(46.4%)。HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素为学历、生源地、专业、月可支配金额、宫颈癌及HPV、HPV疫苗相关知识得分和是否知晓重庆可接种疫苗。结论重庆市女大学生对宫颈癌、HPV及HPV疫苗的相关知识缺乏正确的认识。建议加强对宫颈癌和HPV疫苗的健康宣传教育工作,提高大学生对HPV疫苗的正确认识,使其充分认识到接种疫苗可获得的益处。
Objective To investigate on the cognition of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine among female college students in Chongqing and their willingness to vaccination so as to provide scientific basis for the further application and promotion of HPV vaccine after three years in Chongqing.Methods In July 2019, 566 female college students in four universities were surveyed by questionnaires in Chongqing. SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis, Chi-square test and unconditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of HPV vaccination willingness. Results Among 566 female college students in Chongqing,95.1%(538/566) had heard of cervical cancer,61.3%(347/566) had heard of HPV, and 75.4%(427/566) had heard of cervical cancer vaccine. Among 427 female college students who had heard of cervical cancer vaccine, 198(46.4%) were willing to be vaccinated.The influencing factors of HPV vaccination willingness were education background, students’ origin, major, monthly disposable amount, cervical cancer, HPV, scores of HPV vaccine related knowledge and whether they knew Chongqing could be vaccinated. Conclusion Female college students in Chongqing lacked correct knowledge about cervical cancer, HPV and HPV vaccine.Health education on cervical cancer and HPV vaccine should be strengthened to improve college students’ correct understanding of HPV vaccine and make them fully realize the benefits of vaccination.
