摘要
该文从安全信息角度出发,结合高校实际情况构建高校实验室FDA事故致因模型,并从实验室人员、高校实验室管理、教育管理部门监管三个层面进行实验室事故致因分析。研究结果表明,须加强实验室人员安全操作技能培训,严格完善和落实高校实验室安全管理的相关法律法规,从而防止事故主链的形成,预防高校实验室事故的发生。
In this paper, from the perspective of safety information, combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities, the FDA(forecast-decision-action) accident cause model of university laboratory is constructed, and the analysis of laboratory accident causes is carried out from three levels of laboratory personnel, university laboratory management and supervision of the education management departments. The research results show that it is necessary to strengthen the training of laboratory personnel’s safety operation skills, strictly improve and implement the relevant laws and regulations of university laboratory safety management, so as to prevent the formation of the main chain of accidents and keep away from the occurrence of university laboratory accidents.
