摘要 目的探究小组合作学习(Team-based learning,TBL)教学模式与翻转课堂在护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法选取江西省南昌市第一医院本科护理专业中2017级与2018级的70名护生为研究对象,随机分为观察组(2018年入学)与对照组(2017入学),每组35名。对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组采用翻转课堂与TBL教学模式进行实训教学。比较2组护生自主学习能力与考试成绩。结果实施前,2组的自主学习能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,观察组的学习动机、自我管理能力、学习合作能力与信息素质评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组操作技能与理论知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在护理实训教学中应用TBL教学模式与翻转课堂,能够让护生更好地明确学习动机,并能提高其自我管理能力、学习合作能力与个人的信息素质,有助于护生学习成绩的提高。 Objective To explore the application effect of team-based learning(TBL)teaching mode and flipped classroom in nursing practice teaching.Methods 70 nursing students in grade 2017 and grade 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(enrolled in 2018)and the control group(enrolled in 2017),with 35 cases in each group..The traditional teaching mode was used in the control group,and the flipped classroom and TBL teaching mode were used in the observation group.The autonomous learning ability and test scores of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the implementation of teaching(P>0.05).After the implementation,the scores of learning motivation,self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and information quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of operation skills and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL teaching mode and flipped classroom in nursing practice teaching can help nursing students to have a better understanding of their learning motivation,improve their self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and personal information quality,and improve their learning performance.
