摘要
目的应用分析优质护理实施对降低老年患者跌倒、压力性损伤风险效果及对心理健康影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治老年患者共220例设为研究对象,将患者依据随机数字配对法分组结果分为对照组与观察组,各组样本均为110例。对照组予以基础护理,观察组予以优质护理。对比两组患者不良护理事件发生率,护理前后两组跌倒风险评估量表评分、压力性溃疡风险评估量表评分、焦虑情绪量表(HAMA)及抑郁情绪量表(HAMD)评分、生活质量评分的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组跌倒风险评估量表评分、HAMA及HAMD评分、不良护理事件发生率更低,压力性溃疡风险评估量表得分、生活质量评分更高,P<0.05。结论老年患者院内治疗期间开展优质护理,可在辅助患者病情稳定、环节基础上,降低患者跌倒、压力性溃疡等不良护理事件风险,改善治疗预后,并起到对患者生活质量及心理健康质量的积极提升,临床应用效果显著。
Objective Application analysis of the effect of high-quality nursing implementation on reducing the risk of falls and stress injuries in elderly patients and the impact on mental health.Methods A total of 220 elderly patients admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number matching method.The samples of each group were 110 cases.The control group was given basic nursing care,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing care.The incidence of adverse nursing events was compared between the two groups of patients,the scores of the Fall Risk Assessment Scale,the Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scale,the Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,and the quality of life scores of the two groups before and after nursing The difference.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower rates of fall risk assessment scale,HAMA and HAMD scores,and adverse nursing events,and higher pressure ulcer risk assessment scale scores and quality of life scores,P<0.05.Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing care during the in-hospital treatment of elderly patients can reduce the risk of adverse nursing events such as falls and pressure ulcers,improve the prognosis of treatment,and play a positive role in the quality of life and mental health of patients Improve,the clinical application effect is remarkable.
