摘要
目的:探讨应用音乐疗法联合乳腺舒筋松解操对乳腺癌术后患者抑郁情绪、生活质量、术后肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年6月86例接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者。随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组术后给予常规肢体功能锻炼,观察组术后给予音乐疗法联合乳腺舒筋松解操。对比两组焦虑抑郁评分、上肢功能、生活质量。结果:干预前两组各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预4个月后,观察组各方面生活质量生理职能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康及总体健康[(66.72±4.51)、(65.77±5.33)、(81.72±4.63)、(73.25±4.47)、(69.55±4.43)分]均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑和抑郁评分[(17.88±3.14)、(20.58±3.86)分]显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预4个月后,观察组肩关节内旋、外旋、后伸、外展、前屈活动度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法联合乳腺舒筋松解操可有效改善乳腺癌患者术后的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,促进术后肢体功能恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the influence of music therapy combined with breast Shujin Songjiecao on depression,quality of life and recovery of limb function in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Method:Eighty-six patients with breast cancer who received surgical treatment from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).The control group was given routine limb functional exercise after operation,and the observation group was given music therapy combined with breast Shujin Songjiecao after operation.The anxiety and depression scores,the quality of life,upper limb function of the two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 months of intervention,all aspects of quality of life,physical function,physical function,physical pain,mental health and general health in the observation group[(66.72±4.51),(65.77±5.33),(81.72±4.63),(73.25±4.47),(69.55±4.43)points]were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group[(17.88±3.14),(20.58±3.86)points]were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 4 months of intervention,the range or motion of internal rotation,external rotation,extension,abduction and flexion of shoulder joint in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy combined with breast Shujin Songjiecao can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients after operation,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of limb function after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
