摘要
目的探究纳米银敷料辅助表皮生长因子在中小面积烧伤患者残余创面修复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月天津市滨海新区大港医院收治的112例中小面积烧伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各56例。对照组采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,试验组采用纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后创面肉芽组织表达[碱性成纤维细胞生长因子2(bFGF2)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)]情况及创面愈合时间。结果治疗3周后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组bFGF2、TGF-β表达阳性率均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米银敷料辅助表皮生长因子可促进中小面积烧伤患者残余创面肉芽新生,缩短创面愈合时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of nano-silver dressing assisted epidermal growth factor(EGF)in residual wound repair of small and medium-sized burn patients.Methods A total of 112 small and medium area burn patients treated in Dagang Hospital of Binhai New Area,Tianjin from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 56 patients in each group.Control group treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,the experimental group with nano silver dressing combined therapy with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,comparing two groups of clinical curative effect,treatment before and after wound granulation tissue expression[basic fibroblast growth factor 2(bFGF2),transforming growth factor beta(TGF-beta)]and wound healing time.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of test group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of bFGF2 and TGF-βin both groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver nanometer dressing assisted epidermal growth factor can promote the regeneration of residual wound granulation and shorten the wound healing time in small and medium-sized burn patients.
