摘要
目的综述胃癌患者生命质量测量的主要特异性量表以及结果应用的现状和进展,提出研究展望。方法以“胃癌、生命质量、生命质量测量”为中文关键词,以“gastric cancer、quality of life、measurement scale”为英文关键词,检索CNKI期刊全文数据库和PubM ed建库至2020年相关文献。纳入标准:(1)生命质量与胃癌患者的相关研究;(2)胃癌特异性生命质量量表;(3)生命质量测量结果在胃癌患者中应用。根据纳入标准分析文献34篇。结果胃癌生命质量特异型测量量表能全面反映胃癌患者的生命质量状况。国内外已研发胃癌患者特异型量表数量众多,为研究者提供了较多选择,但仍有待进一步完善。胃癌患者生命质量评价的应用范围不断扩展,已被广泛运用在胃癌患者健康状况评价、疾病负担及防治重点研究、临床干预效果评价、卫生资源配置与利用评价、卫生服务方案的选择等方面。结论研究者对胃癌特异型量表使用时应从研究问题和目标出发进行选择,而缺乏金标准的胃癌特异型量表在信效度检验、汉化版文化适应性调适以及量表相关性研究等方面的缺乏都有待填补,从而保证其测量结果的准确性;同时应拓宽胃癌生命质量结果应用的范围,以此全面改善胃癌患者的生命质量。
Objective To review the current status and progress of the main disease-specific measures and application of quality of life measurement in patients with gastric cancer and other aspect,then to put forward the prospect of its.Methods Based on PubMed and CNKI,literature published full text database as of 2020 were retrieved with the keywords such as"gastric cancer,quality of life,quality of life measurement".The information excerpted form this literatures was analyzed and summraized.Inclusion criteria:(1)Research on the quality of life of gastric cancer patients;(2)T he gastric cancer patient-specific scale;(3)Application of quality of life measurement results in patients with gastric cancer.According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 34 studys were included in the ananlysis.Results The scale for measuring the quality of life of gastric cancer patients can fully reflect the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.The scale for measuring the quality of life of gastric cancer patients has been developed in a large number at home and abroad,providing more options for researchers,but it still needs to be further improved.The application scope of quality of life assessment for gastric cancer patients has been expanding,and it has been widely used in the evaluation of the health status of gastric cancer patients,the key research of disease burden and prevention and treatment,the evaluation of clinical intervention effect,the evaluation of the allocation and utilization of health resources,the selection of health service programs and other aspects.Conclusions When using the gastric cancer specificities scale,researchers should select from the research questions and objectives.However,The lack of gold-standard gastric cancer specific scale in reliability and validity test,cultural adaptation of Chinese version and scale correlation study needs to be filled,so as to ensure the accuracy of its measurement results.Meanwhile,the scope of application of gastric cancer quality of life results should be widened,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.
