摘要
新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,医院防控督查组运用医院感染系统追踪方法跟踪病人诊疗过程,制定《新冠肺炎院内感染控制评价标准》,并进行流程评价,发现新冠肺炎防控缺陷率达25.6%,其中普通病房等区域的缺陷率为22.4%。通过数据的采集分析,发现流行病史调查及病历记录问题、环境物表问题、医疗废物管理问题等3方面需要重点改进。项目组通过根原因分析,并通过建立和完善新冠相关制度/规范,实现一岗一流程、采用LEC法进行风险评估,运用多维管理方法进行改进,使新冠肺炎防控缺陷率由改进前25.6%降低到4.8%,实现新冠肺炎院内交叉感染事件零发生。
After the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,our hospital’s prevention and control inspection team tracked the whole process of patient diagnosis and treatment using the nosocomial infection system,developed the Evaluation Criteria for COVID-19 Nosocomial Infection Control,and conducted process evaluation.It was found that the defect rate of COVID-19 prevention and control was high up to 25.6%,of which 22.4%happened in general wards.The analysis of the data showed that there were three aspects in need of improvement,which were epidemiological history investigation and medical records,environmental and physical surface disinfection,as well as medical waste management.To address the defects in COVID-19 nosocomial infection prevention and control,the project team conducted root cause analysis,developed and improved regulations related to COVID-19 epidemic,implemented"one post,one process",adopted the LEC method for risk assessment,implemented multi-dimensional management.As a result,the defect rate decreased from 25.6%to 4.8%,and no COVID-19 nosocomial infection occurred.
